The Celtic-owned goalkeeper is getting a bit of stick from some of his own fans today.
Celtic-owned Conor Hazard saw red in more ways than one last night.
The 21-year-old Bhoys goalkeeper was sent off for a moment of madness while playing for Northern Ireland Under-21s in a European Championship qualifier away to Romania.
On 38 minutes, Hazard, yet to make his Celtic debut, darted off his line and out of his box in an attempt to reach a bouncing ball, but went straight through the opposition player in an incident which left both players on the ground.
A red card was waiting for the young keeper when he got back to his feet and even fans of the Parkhead club weren’t happy with the challenge, though some disagreed with the decision.

The Downpatrick native is currently on loan at Partick Thistle, having had a stint at Falkirk last season.
He is a bright prospect and here’s what former Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers said about him in January of 2018 [official site]: “We sent young Conor out on loan to get experience. I think he could be a very good keeper in the future for us but he needs to get the games.”
