Celtic fans have urged forward Odsonne Edouard on Twitter to score against Rangers at Ibrox in the Old Firm derby this weekend.
Rangers will take on Celtic at Ibrox in the Scottish Premiership on Sunday afternoon.
Edouard has established himself as the first-choice striker at the Hoops, and the 21-year-old is set to lead the line for Neil Lennon’s side against Steven Gerrard’s team.
The Frenchman has a good record in the Old Firm derby, having scored as many as four goals against Rangers.
The youngster scored the winning goal in Celtic’s 3-2 victory over Rangers at Ibrox last weekend.
Edouard has stated on Twitter scoring that goal is one of the best moments in his career so far, and Celtic fans have responded to the French forward’s post, urging him to repeat his heroics against Rangers at Ibrox this summer.
Celtic signed Edouard on a permanent contact from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2018 for a transfer fee reported by Sky Sports to be worth £9 million after he spent the 2017-18 campaign on loan at Celtic Park.
