Celtic have lost manager Brendan Rodgers to Leicester City.

Brendan Rodgers walked out on Celtic this week to join Leicester City.
His decision stunned Celtic supporters, having quit on the club with two trophies still to play for.
Former Leicester City midfielder Robbie Savage has unequivocally backed Rodgers’ decision.
Savage feels Leicester are a bigger club than Celtic, and Rodgers’ keenness to link up with the Foxes is entirely justified.
While admitting the timing is ‘slightly strange’, Savage said in a video posted on Twitter: “Yes they are 10th (Leicester), but Brendan Rodgers with his experience in the Premier League, with his capability of improving a squad, his capabiliuty of improving young players, I think he feels its a fantastic time.
“He’ll get the funds to spend, to try and make Leicester into a top six side, so for me, managing in the upper echelons of the Premier League, is better than winning the Scottish title.”

Rodgers has won two Scottish titles, and was on course to win a third.
Celtic fans have understandably taken umbrage with Savage’s comments that pushing for sixth in England is better than finishing first in Scotland.
Supporters grilled Savage on Twitter, keen to take him to task and express opposing views…
