The Manchester City winger spent two-and-a-half years on loan at Celtic.

Patrick Roberts is being inundated with messages from Celtic supporters after bidding farewell to Girona.
The Manchester City winger spent two-and-a-half years on loan at Celtic Park, but was sent to La Liga last season.
But while Roberts’ Bhoys spell yielded an impressive 18 goals and 26 assists in 78 games – not to mention seven major trophies – his Girona experience was somewhat contrasting.
It is unlikely, then, that the 22-year-old will return to Catalonia next season – and many of a Celtic persuasion hope that can work in their favour.
Here’s how they’re responding to Roberts’ latest post…
celticcommunity: Back up the road Paddy.

kyleherron_: Announce Celtic return
Celtic have already allowed Timothy Weah to return to Paris Saint-Germain early and could have another vacancy in Roberts’ position when Oliver Burke’s temporary deal expires this summer.
Burke has scored or made seven goals in 19 games for the Bhoys, although it remains to be seen what West Bromwich Albion have planned for the 22-year-old.

Roberts has only appeared on three occasions for Manchester City.
Should Celtic move for the Manchester City winger this summer?
