Celtic’s James Forrest is being linked with a move to Mother Russia.

Celtic fans on Twitter aren’t buying the latest rumour about James Forrest.
According to The Scottish Sun, Russian outfit Zenit are readying a £12 million offer for the Hoops winger.
Forrest was the Scottish Premiership’s Player of the Year following a brilliant 2018-19 campaign which yielded 17 goals across all competitions – and, more broadly speaking, a third successive domestic treble.
He is undeniably a massive player for Neil Lennon, and some Celtic supporters simply refuse to believe that he could be leaving, especially for that price.
The worrying thing is that The Scottish Sun intimated that he could consider the switch for the financial benefits on offer.
Technically, Zenit, who spent £40 million on Barcelona winger Malcom this month, have the money to blow Celtic out of the water when it comes to personal terms.
But Forrest seems happy enough in Glasgow for now – and if he wasn’t, the Bhoys would be looking for a lot more than £12 million, considering that Kieran Tierney fetched £25 million.
