Van Dijk was superb for Liverpool in their 2-0 win against Wolves away from home at the Molineux Stadium in the Premier League on Friday evening.
The Netherlands international central defender scored in the 68th minute of the encounter.
According to WhoScored, against Wolves, Van Dijk took two shots, had a pass accuracy of 91.8%, won four headers, and made two tackles, one interception and five clearances.
It was one of the best and most complete performances from a defender in the Premier League so far this season.
The 27-year-old was on the books of Celtic from 2013 until 2015, and he was a rock at the back for the Glasgow giants.
Van Dijk has gone from strength to strength during his time in the Premier League, first at Southampton and now at Liverpool.
