Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic have been linked with Motherwell goalkeeper Trevor Carson in the January transfer window.

Celtic fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the club’s (reported) interest in Motherwell goalkeeper Trevor Carson.
According to BBC Sport, Celtic are interested in signing Carson from Scottish Premiership rivals Motherwell in the January transfer window.
It has been reported that the Hoops made a bid of £200,000 bid for the 29-year-old goalkeeper.
However, Motherwell have turned it down and value Carson at a much higher price, according to BBC Sport.

Motherwell manager Stephen Robinson himself has told BBC Sport that it would have to be a very good bid for the club to sell the former Sunderland prospect.
Celtic are looking for a new goalkeeper due to the injury suffered by Scotland international Craig Gordon.
Brendan Rodgers’s side are at the top of the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 57 points from 24 matches, as many as 11 points clear of second-placed and Old Firm rivals Rangers.
