Celtic fans appear pleased with the news that they have told Leicester City that they won’t be selling Callum McGregor this summer.

The Daily Mail claim that Celtic have insisted that McGregor won’t be let go, even though Premier League sides want him.

Leicester boss Brendan Rodgers is most keen on McGregor, but Celtic do not want to do business.

And Celtic fans are delighted that the Scottish international appears set to stay with them.

McGregor has developed into a wonderful player at Parkhead in recent years, and looks to be a key part of Neil Lennon’s plans.

Celtic could be in danger of losing the likes of Kieran Tierney and Olivier Ntcham this summer, so if McGregor was to go too, it would be a huge blow to the Bhoys.

Celtic have had a difficult transfer window so far, but there is still time for them to make the additions that many around Parkhead feel may be needed to ensure that they keep progressing.
