The QPR man is linked with a switch to Celtic this summer.
If Twitter reaction is anything to go by then Celtic fans are absolutely buzzing at the prospect of signing Steven Caulker.
The Mirror reported on Thursday that Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers is planning a reunion with the 25-year-old defender, whom he managed at Swansea City in 2012.
Dedryck Boyata is missing for three months so, theoretically, the Queens Park Rangers centre-half would slot in beside Jozo Simunovic for the first couple months of the new term.

The report goes on to claim that a cut-price deal is probable due to the fact that the London club want to remove the one-time England international from their wage bill.
And quite a lot of Celtic fans on Twitter would be delighted to see this transfter materialise.
The speculation bears an uncanny resemblance to that of Scott Sinclair.
Sinclair, also an England international who was struggling for form down South, reunited with Rodgers up in Glasgow after previously working together at Swansea, and the Hoops attacker hit 24 goals in all competitions last season.
And Celtic fans will be hoping that Rodgers’s man-management skills can help get the best out of the former Tottenham youth, if he joins of course.
