Celtic boss Neil Lennon is said to want to bring in Stephen O’Donnell from Kilmarnock.

Celtic fans have hammered reported target, Stephen O’Donnell’s, latest performance for Scotland.

The Scottish Sun have suggested that Celtic will go after O’Donnell this summer, now that Neil Lennon has been appointed.

The right-back, who currently plays for Kilmarnock, has looked strong over the past campaign, but Celtic fans were less than impressed by his display at the highest level.

Scotland were beaten 3-0 by Belgium last night, with O’Donnell given a torrid time.

And Celtic supporters feel that O’Donnell’s performance prove that he isn’t good enough to play at Parkhead.

Even if Celtic are put off O’Donnell, Lennon is likely to have a right-back near the top of his wishlist this summer.

Celtic are short of options on the right hand side of defence, with first choice Mikael Lustig showing signs of age in recent times.
