Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers are said to be interested in Steven Gerrard, but Celtic supporters aren’t worried.

Celtic fans do not appear unduly concerned over the reports that Glasgow Rangers are set to appoint Steven Gerrard as their new manager.

Rangers have been dominated by Celtic in recent times, and appointing Gerrard is seen as an attempt to get them competing for league titles again.
But Celtic supporters do not appear to fear Gerrard’s potential appointment at Ibrox.
Celtic are closing in on their seventh league title in succession, with Brendan Rodgers’ side enjoying a period of great success of late.
Rodgers has still never lost an Old-Firm derby since taking charge at Parkhead, and Gerrard will face a tough task at Rangers to break up that dominance, if he does take charge.
Gerrard has no past senior managerial experience, but has been working as a coach at Liverpool.
Rangers and Celtic are due to meet in the league this weekend, although Murty will still be in charge for that fixture.
