Glasgow Rangers’ Jon Flanagan has been charged for his elbow on Celtic skipper Scott Brown at Ibrox.

Rangers’ Jon Flanagan is facing a retrospective ban after his apparent elbow on Celtic midfielder Scott Brown on Sunday.
Referee Kevin Clancy booked the Rangers defender for the incident which left Brown on the ground.
But a three-person panel has determined that Clancy should have sent off Flanagan against Celtic.
There will be a hearing on Thursday if Flanagan contests the charge. Otherwise the Gers ace is facing a two-match ban.
Here is how Celtic fans reacted to the potential sanction:
If Flanagan is banned, it’ll be the second retrospective suspension handed down to one of Steven Gerrard’s players in the aftermath of an Old Firm, with Ryan Kent punished for a similar offence against Brown during a 2-1 Celtic win in late March.
