Celtic’s Odsonne Edouard has reportedly suffered a hamstring injury.

Some Celtic fans on Twitter are nonplussed by a report about Odsonne Edouard.
According to The Record, the French hitman could miss the next 10 days with a hamstring injury.
If true, Edouard, who joined Celtic this summer for a club-record £8 million, will definitely miss tomorrow’s Scottish League Cup clash with Partick and the Hoops’ first-leg Europa League playoff with Suduva next week.
This bit of potential bad news comes in the same week as Dedryck Boyata trying to leave Parkhead and Brendan Rodgers’s side being dumped out of the Champions League.
And here is how some Celtic supporters reacted to the latest setback:
If this was a normal time for Rodgers and his side then the Northern Irishman would still have Moussa Dembele and Leigh Griffiths on hand to deputise for Edouard.
However, the two strikers have only recently regained fitness after being injured themselves, which does not bode well for Celtic’s hopes against Suduva.
They should have enough to reach the group stages either way, but we thought that about AEK Athens too.
