Celtic are reportedly in talks to sign left back Max Lowe.

Celtic are attempting to fend off interest in star left back Kieran Tierney – but they may well need to sign another left back anyway.
Tierney has starred for Celtic over the last four years, and the Daily Record note that Arsenal are interested in signing the Scottish international this summer.
In that report, it’s stated that Celtic are already eyeing up potential replacements, and have started talks with Derby County about a potential deal for Max Lowe.
Lowe, 22, impressed on loan at Aberdeen last season, and it’s no great surprise that he’s popped onto the Celtic radar off the back of those displays.
Celtic need to replace the outgoing Emilio Izaguirre, and Lowe does fit the bill as not only a backup option to replace Izaguirre, but a player with potential to possibly replace Tierney.
With talks underway, Celtic fans have unsurprisingly taken to Twitter to react to the Lowe rumours, with a real split in opinion.

Some believe that Lowe would be a fine addition to the Celtic side, praising his displays for Aberdeen and particularly up against James Forrest, whilst feeling he has plenty of potential.
Others aren’t so impressed, believing that there’s no chance Celtic will win a ninth league title in a row if they’re signing players like Lowe, adding that he isn’t even close to Tierney’s quality.
