Celtic fans appear divided over the links to West Ham United striker Andy Carroll.

The Sunday Post claim that Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers is considering bringing Carroll to Parkhead, as he looks to improve his striking options.

Carroll has just six months remaining on his contract at West Ham, and could be up for sale next month, which may put him on Celtic’s radar.

But Bhoys fans do not seem entirely convinced that Carroll would be a good addition.

While some Celtic supporters see the ability in the England international, others are concerned that he isn’t what is needed.

Carroll could offer Celtic a great aerial threat over the second half of the campaign, but question marks remain over his injury history.

The target-man has struggled to stay fit at West Ham, and his wages could also be an issue for Celtic to pay.
