Morgan was making his first Celtic start in more than six weeks.

Celtic fans are reacting on Twitter to Lewis Morgan’s Scottish League Cup quarter-final showing on Wednesday.
Morgan made his first start in more than six weeks as Celtic coasted past Partick Thistle at Parkhead.
But despite the 5-0 scoreline, some Bhoys supporters were left far from convinced by the winger’s display.
And with his fellow wide players, Mohamed Elyounoussi and Scott Sinclair having contributed an assist and a goal, respectively, Morgan may have to bide his time for another opportunity.
This is what is being said about the 22-year-old’s showing…
As well as Elyounoussi and Sinclair, Morgan also has competition from James Forrest, Mikey Johnston, Jonny Hayes and Daniel Arzani in his position.
The former Rangers academy player moved to Celtic from St Mirren in January 2018 but was immediately loaned back to the Paisley side.

He spent the first half of last season in and around Brendan Rodgers’ team but needed the campaign on loan to Sunderland.
