Arsenal signed Kieran Tierney from Celtic in the summer, but he has only made a limited impact at his new side.

Celtic fans have suggested that Kieran Tierney may well already be regretting his move to Arsenal, after he was left out last night.

Tierney left Celtic to join Arsenal in a £25 million deal (BBC Sport), and some supporters at Parkhead are still disappointed with the left-back for leaving.

Tierney’s time at Arsenal so far has been frustrating, as he has been out injured for so long.

However, the Scottish international is fit again now, and he was controversially left out yesterday evening.

Tierney was forced to sit on Arsenal’s bench as Unai Emery’s side were beaten 1-0 by Sheffield United, and Celtic fans think that their former player may be regretting leaving them now.

Tierney’s action at Arsenal has so far come in cup competition, and he could feature again on Thursday evening.

Emery’s men are set to take on Vitoria in midweek, and that could give Tierney another chance to try and impress for his new side.
