Celtic failed to pick up three points against Motherwell on Wednesday night.

Celtic missed a massive opportunity to return to the top of the Scottish Premiership as they conceded a late equaliser against a plucky Motherwell – and Hoops fans have criticised defender Jozo Simunovic on Twitter.
The 24-year-old managed his first appearance since the 2-0 loss to RB Leipzig back in October, by coming on as a substitute in the Scottish League Cup final on Sunday to replace the crocked Dedryck Boyata.
With the Belgium international still sidelined with a muscle problem, Simunovic started at centre-back alongside Filip Benkovic in a makeshift back four that also included Cristian Gamboa at right-back.
It was just his tenth appearance of the season in all competitions, as he looked to show Celtic fans and Brendan Rodgers that he deserves a chance back in the side – though Benkovic and Boyata seem to be the club’s best pairing.

Celtic took the lead through Ryan Christie who continued his fine form with a well-placed shot after 13 minutes. Leigh Griffiths then missed a penalty, thanks to an excellent save from Mark Gillespie.
Danny Johnson sent Fir Park into meltdown with an 88th-minute strike that saw him beat Craig Gordon with an excellent effort into the far corner from a tight angle. Celtic fans have blamed Simunovic for his performance.
