Celtic fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the performance of John McGinn for Hibernian on Sunday afternoon.

McGinn featured for Hibernian in the Scottish Premiership game against Celtic at Easter Road in the Scottish Premiership.

The 23-year-old midfielder started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as the game ended in a 2-2 draw.

The Scotland international is one of the best players in the Scottish Premiership and was linked with a move from Hibs to Celtic in the summer transfer window.

According to a report in The Express in June 2017, Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers wanted to sign McGinn in the summer transfer window.

Celtic fans were impressed with the performance of the former St. Mirren star against the Hoops on Sunday afternoon and want the Glasgow giants to sign him up.

The result on Sunday means that Hibernian are fourth in the Scottish Premiership table, while Celtic remain at the top.
