Celtic fans react to Eboue Kouassi’s performance – and some are not happy.

Some Celtic fans on Twitter aren’t all that impressed by Eboue Kouassi’s performance yesterday.
The Hoops lost 1-0 at Hearts in their second Scottish Premiership game of the season.
Kouassi started but the young Ivorian was replaced by Tom Rogic on 70 minutes, after struggling to assert himself in midfield.
This was only the 20-year-old’s seventh start in the Premiership since joining Celtic from Krasnodar for £3 million [The Scottish Sun] back in January 2017.
He played ahead of Olivier Ntcham, who manager Brendan Rodgers elected to rest after picking up a knock in the win over Livingston last week.
But quite a few fans of the Parkhead club weren’t blown away by Kouassi as a stand-in, it must be said.
Here’s how they reacted on Twitter:
Kouassi has previously being linked with a move away from Celtic this summer, but you have to assume that Rodgers’s failure to sign John McGinn means that he won’t be going anywhere.
However, there is plenty of time for the Bhoys to get in another midfield option if the Northern Irish manager felt one was needed, so selling Kouassi before the deadline is hardly out of the question.
