The Glasgow giants have announced on their official Twitter page that despite agreeing a fee with Scottish Premiership rivals Motherwell over the transfer of Turnbull this summer, the midfielder’s agent has not accepted the offer presented to his client.
The Hoops have also stated on Twitter that they will not change their stance and will move on if the Scotland Under-21 international and his agent do not accept what is on the table.
