Chris Davies upset some Celtic fans on Tuesday with an underwhelming transfer prediction.

Chris Davies has disappointed Celtic fans by suggesting that manager Brendan Rodgers isn’t going to be overly busy in January on the transfer front.
Rodgers’s number two fielded questions from the media on Tuesday ahead of Celtic’s visit of Partick Thistle on Wednesday night.
The Hoops go into that one on the back of a humiliating 4-0 defeat by Hearts which ended their 69-match unbeaten run under the Northern Irish manager.

Rodgers’s side also have a Europa League adventure to look forward to in the new year and Celtic fans might’ve been hoping for a bit of investment next month.
But the 32-year-old assistant manager has said via the Bhoys’ official Twitter page that he doesn’t “envisage January being particularly busy” in that regard – and fans hate that prediction.
