Glasgow Rangers’ Connor Goldson compares Ibrox team-mate Joe Worrall to a £75 million player – and fans of Scottish Premiership rivals Celtic see the funny side.

Some Celtic fans on Twitter are slating Rangers defender Connor Goldson over his latest comments.
The Gers star, a £3 million signing this past summer, has compared much-maligned teammate and fellow centre-back Joe Worrall to Harry Maguire.
Worrall, who joined Rangers on loan from Nottingham Forest in August, has struggled at times since signing for Steven Gerrard’s side – and some Celtic supporters are mocking the big defender for such a comparison.
Here’s what some Hoops fans wrote on Twitter:
It’s probably fair to question Goldson, because they were questionable comments to say the least.
But the Rangers defender could well come good in the near future – and Celtic fans must relate to having a dodgy centre-back.
Struggling Bhoys man Jack Hendry has endured a rotten season for the most part and though Worrall hasn’t had as quite a bad time of it yet, he could if his confidence dips.
Celtic visit St Johnstone this afternoon, while Rangers host top-of-the-table Hearts at Ibrox.
