Callum McGregor has been in excellent form for the Hoops this season.

Celtic midfielder Callum McGregor has told the club’s official website that he believes he is in the best form of his career since making his Hoops debut in July 2014.
The 24-year-old has scored 10 goals from midfield, as well as laying on eight assists in his 49 league and cup appearances at Celtic Park. His last goal game came in the 4-0 win over bitter rivals Rangers at Hampden Park on Sunday.
A boyhood Celtic star, McGregor has progressed through the ranks at Lennoxtown to become one of Celtic’s most-prized assets, even showing his versatility this season to feature at left-back.

The left-footed ace has even become a Scotland international of late, and he commented on his form in Thursday afternoon’s press conference ahead of Saturday’s clash against Hibernian – claiming he is in the best form of his life.
“In terms of performance levels and my return from goals and assists, I would say this is the best form I’ve had at Celtic,” McGregor said.

The midfielder signed a new contract at the start of the season, which will last until the summer of 2021 as he continues to show his quality in central midfield, the number 10 role and at left-back.
McGregor is expected to start on Saturday in a match that could see Celtic win their seventh Scottish Premiership title, as they face former manager and player Neil Lennon at Easter Road. Celtic fans reacted to McGregor’s comments.
