The Celtic-owned defender impressed for his loan club on Sunday.

Anthony Ralston is one of Celtic’s most academy prospects, and he reminded everybody just why he is so highly rated on Sunday.
The 19-year-old, who joined Dundee United on emergency loan earlier this year, posted a fine performance in Sunday’s 3-2 defeat by Livingston in the first leg of a Premiership playoff semi-final.
Ralston, who has Champions League and Scottish Premiership experience, impressed on the big stage and scored to send the Championship side 2-1 ahead, but the Tannadice side wound up throwing it away.

There is still hope for the Celtic youngster to help the Arabs into the Premiership this season, but the Hoops starlet was praised for his performance irrespective of the final result.
Here is the reaction on Twitter:
Ralston could and should fancy his chances of being Celtic’s right-back next season.
Mikael Lustig has shown some worrying signs of decline, and it remains to be seen what Brendan Rodgers is planning for Cristian Gamboa.
Ralston is the obvious candidate to succeed the long-serving Swede in that position, but time will tell whether the Northern Irish manager deems him adequate.
