Celtic have been linked with a move for Manchester United’s Scott McTominay.
McTominay is said to have been made available for loan, The Scottish Sun report.
The young Scot is a bright prospect and was named player of the year by Red Devils’ former boss Jose Mourinho.
This year was not so great, with Mourinho giving up on the young midfielder and throwing him to the wolves by picking him in central defence in a tough away game against West Ham.

All of this has affected McTominay’s confidence, and The Scottish Sun say he is unsure about a move to Celtic due to the competition for places in midfield.
McTominay has Champions League experience and could be an asset to Celtic in the second half of the season.

One problem for Celtic is that this would just be a loan deal, and the club have become over reliant on these in recent campaigns.
Fans are not very enthused about the potential deal and do not think the 22-year-old is good enough.
