Celtic fans had plenty to say about Rangers appointing Graeme Murty as manager.

Murty has performed well during his two months in charge, but coming off the back of a home loss to St Johnstone… the timing could have been better.
Part of the problem is also that this does not reflect well on the Rangers board, making it look like they have simply given up on finding a suitable candidate right now, having had two months to do so.

The announcement prompted amusement among Celtic supporters, who had plenty to say about Rangers’ latest course of action.
They accused Rangers of taking the cheap option, and arguing that they could not attract a top standard coach.
Not for the first time, Murty will have a crack at Celtic in just under a fortnight.
Rangers visit Celtic on December 30, looking to avenge a defeat at Ibrox earlier this season.
Celtic presently have a seven point gap over the Gers, and by extending it to 10, they will be able to continue to lord it over their Glasgow rivals heading into 2018.
