Odsonne Edouard scored the sixth goal of his Celtic loan spell as the Scottish Premiership leaders ran out 3-1 winners.

Celtic fans have taken to Twitter to comment on Odsonne Edouard’s performance as the Hoops extended their lead at the top of the Scottish Premiership to 14 points with another win.
Edouard has endured a mixed time since arriving on loan at Parkhead in the summer. He went into the game with Hearts having scored five times in 15 appearances for the Bhoys in all competitions, but he needed just three minutes to make it six for the season.
And it was a brilliant goal. The forward picked up the ball on the halfway line after a nice touch from Moussa Dembele, and he managed to break away from the Hearts defence before showing some excellent composure to find the back of the net with an excellent finish from just inside the box.
Celtic would do further damage in the first-half as goals from Dedryck Boyata and Moussa Dembele saw the Hoops go 3-0 ahead with just under 10 minutes left until the interval.
Hearts would reply in the second-half through Kyle Lafferty, but that did not take the shine off one of the most impressive performances that Celtic have put in this season that will certainly go some way to avenging the disappointment after the two sides’ previous meeting.
And the Hoops fans were quick to laud Edouard’s display. He has not always looked the most convincing signing, but there appears to be a lot of optimism about a potential strike partnership between the Frenchman and Dembele after the win.
