Celtic fans have had to wait a long while for Eboue Kouassi to be handed his first start.
Last night Brendan Rodgers decided was the ideal time to put him in, with the Scottish Premiership title secured at the weekend.
There was still plenty to play for, with an unbeaten record to maintain, and a desire to keep momentum going ahead of this month’s Scottish Cup semi-final.
Celtic kept their record going, drawing 1-1 against Partick Thistle, with Kouassi featuring for an hour.

There are high hopes for the Ivorian, and he showed glimpses of his talent, despite a nervous start in which he gave the ball away within the first minute of the game.
The midfielder was picked alongside Nir Bitton in midfield, with Tom Rogic back on the bench after a spell out injured.
Kouassi had featured previously as a substitute, but this was an ideal chance for Brendan Rodgers to get a further look at him, and for the player to build his confidence and get to know his teammates even better.
