Celtic continued their incredible unbeaten domestic run, drawing 1-1 with Kilmarnock in the Scottish Premiership.

Celtic fans have been reacting on Twitter after Eboue Kouassi’s performance in their 1-1 draw with Kilmarnock on Saturday, and it is safe to say that the Hoops supporters were impressed with the teenager.
In a game which saw Celtic extend their unbeaten domestic run and keep Aberdeen just behind them in the Scottish Premiership table – the Dons have closed the gap to one point after being beaten by Brendan Rodgers’ men in midweek – it was Kouassi who arguably provided one of the rare moments of real quality during the game.

Towards the end of a first-half where Celtic had really piled the pressure on Steve Clarke’s side, it was the 19-year-old’s perfectly weighted pass into Leigh Griffiths’ path that led to the opening goal just a couple of minutes before the break.
Killie would equalise during the second-half, but Celtic managed to get the draw that leaves them level with their 100-year old record of 62 games unbeaten which may provide the boost they need heading into their Champions League tie with Bayern Munich at Parkhead next week.

The fans were certainly impressed by Kouassi’s performance, with one even suggesting that the midfielder may be the long-term replacement for captain and stalwart Scott Brown.
While it may be a little early to suggest whether the Ivorian will be Brown’s long-term successor, it is certainly safe to say that he has done his chances of featuring more prominently in Rodgers’ plans no harm at all.
Here is the best of the reaction…
