Celtic defender denies he is trying to force exit.

Celtic defender Dedryck Boyata has denied claims he is on strike and claims to be injured.
Boyata has claimed he is not yet fit following a setback in his recovery after playing at the World Cup.
He posted a video on Instagram receiving treatment, with an accompanying message: “Unfortunately, I could not play because I’m not yet 100% operational.”
Boyata claims to have suffered an injury in training last week, he told Belgian website DH.

The centre-back has been linked with a transfer away from Celtic, with Fulham interested before the transfer window closed.
Whether or not fans believe Boyata, it is important he has at least addressed the controversy which was building after he was absent from club’s travelling party to Greece to take on AEK Athens.
The Scottish Sun had reported Boyata was on strike and refusing to play.
Here is a look at how Celtic fans reacted to Boyata’s comments…
