The Daily Record report that Celtic may break their transfer record to secure a £10million deal for Jullien, who is interested in making the move to Parkhead.
Jullien, 26, stands at a huge 6ft 5in tall, and has impressed in the heart of the Toulouse defence since signing from Freiburg in 2016, attracting interest from English clubs.

Some fans admitted that they’ll take back their insults to Peter Lawwell if he pulls off the move, believing that this would finally be the signal of intent that they’re looking for.
Others love the idea of Ajer and Jullien in the heart of the Celtic defence, and even believe that Jullien is somewhat similar to Virgil van Dijk, with supporters loving this potential move.
