Celtic fans finally got to see Daniel Arzani in action for the Hoops first-team as they strolled to a 5-0 win.

A number of Celtic fans have taken to Twitter to react to Daniel Arzani’s debut for the Hoops which came in their 5-0 win over Dundee in Brendan Rodgers’ side’s latest Scottish Premiership clash.
Arzani has been something of a forgotten man at Parkhead. After arriving on a two-year loan from Manchester City in the latter stages of the summer window, the winger has predominantly been working with the Bhoys’ reserves.
His absence from Monday’s game hinted that Rodgers may be considering handing him a chance in the first-team for Wednesday’s clash at Dens Park.
And that opportunity did come as Arzani was brought on during the second-half as Celtic boasted a 5-0 lead three minutes after the break. Unfortunately, it was not to be the longest debut for the winger, but he did impress his supporters with his display.

The youngster showed plenty of desire to get on the ball and should have had an assist as his dangerous cross found Kieran Tierney at the back post. But the left-back was unable to become Celtic’s sixth different scorer of the night.
His game would end prematurely as he was stretchered off with an apparent knee injury heading into the final 10 minutes. There was some positive news shortly after however, with Arzani reportedly walking about once taken off.

While Celtic fans only got a brief glimpse of the summer signing in action, many were delighted with what they saw. They feel that they saw something to believe that Arzani could prove to be a fantastic addition over the coming months.
