Ewan Henderson made his second appearance for Celtic on Wednesday night.

Liam Henderson has applauded his younger brother Ewan after the midfielder was handed his second appearance for Celtic during Wednesday night’s comfortable 4-0 win over St. Mirren.
Liam, 22, has since left Celtic to join Italian Serie B side Hellas Verona where has impressed since the club’s relegation to the second tier. He has scored two goals and created four more from the centre of midfield this season.
But it was his brother Ewan who showed signs of quality on Wednesday night, as 18-year-old Henderson came off the bench in the 71st minute to impress as Celtic eased past St. Mirren.
Liam applauded his younger brother after the match on Wednesday night, Tweeting “Mamma mia che giocatore”, which is translated as “Oh my god, what a player” before describing Ewan as the “better Hendo”.
Liam made 37 appearances during his time at Celtic, but was loaned to Hibernian where he was given more game time. Indeed, Henderson played for Hibs 48 times, scoring six goals and creating 16 more.
Celtic fans reacted to Henderson’s Tweet, with some applauding his brother after his second ever Celtic outing, meanwhile some are desperate to see elder brother Liam return to Celtic from Italy.
