Celtic allowed Dylan McGeouch to join Hibernian in 2015.

Hibernian midfielder Dylan McGeouch has posted his delight on Twitter after the ex-Celtic ace picked up two awards at Hibs’ awards night on Tuesday – and Hoops fans have congratulated their former midfielder.
The 25-year-old won the Player of the Year and Players’ Player of the Year awards after an excellent season under Neil Lennon at Easter Road.
The holding midfielder has missed just three Scottish Premiership matches all season, starring at the base of Lennon’s midfield during his 39 league and cup outings.
However, he has less than a month remaining on his current contract and is likely to leave Hibs this summer. He posted on Twitter after receiving the awards, three years after he left Celtic in the summer of 2015.
McGeouch has been crucial in a fantastic season at Hibs, in which Lennon’s side remain in the hunt for second place. They sit three points behind Aberdeen in fourth, level on points with Rangers.
The midfielder came through the ranks at Celtic but managed just 27 appearances for the Scottish champions, instead going on loan to Coventry City and then Hibs before signing a permanent deal.
Celtic fans reacted to the number 10’s Tweet, with one Hoops fan stating he would take McGeouch “back in a heartbeat”.
