Celtic were excellent against City, as they managed to claim a 1-1 draw at the Etihad Stadium.
The Bhoys were actually the better side for large portions of the match, but Leigh Griffiths and Gary Mackay-Steven missed big chances to win the game for Brendan Rodgers’ side.
Celtic had taken the lead early on, when Patrick Roberts scored a wonderful individual goal.
However, they could not hold out for long, with Kelechi Ihaenacho quickly firing in an equaliser.
After that, Celtic arguably had the better of the match, but they were unable to get the ball past Willy Caballero in the City goal again.
Most of Celtic’s team earned plaudits for their displays against Pep Guardiola’s side, but Rogic’s performance was particularly impressive.
