Neil Lennon’s Celtic failed to win against Aberdeen at Celtic Park on Saturday.

Celtic fans on Twitter have criticised manager Neil Lennon for taking off Scott Sinclair against Aberdeen on Saturday afternoon.

Sinclair featured for Celtic in their Scottish Premiership match against Aberdeen at Celtic Park.

The 29-year-old winger started the match and played for 45 minutes, as it ended in a goalless draw.

Celtic fans were not happy that manager Lennon decided to take off the form Aston Villa winger and have criticised the decision on Twitter.

Sinclair is one of the best players on the books of Celtic at the moment, and it was indeed a strange decision from Lennon to take off the winger.

The Hoops were far from their best against Aberdeen, and their performance in the second half left much to be desired.

If Sinclair had been on the pitch for the second half, then perhaps he could have created some good chances for his teammates.

Celtic are at the top of the Scottish Premiership table at the moment with 67 points from 29 matches, eight points clear of second-placed and bitter Old Firm rivals Rangers.
