Celtic fans are hugely excited by the news that they are set to sign Patrick Roberts from Manchester City.
Roberts has been on loan at Celtic for the past 18 months, and he has become a fans’ favourite at Parkhead.
When Roberts’ loan expired, Celtic fans appealed to the club to make the deal permanent more out of hope than expectation.
However, it seems that Bhoys fans may just get their wish, with Celtic said to be edging closer to signing the 20-year-old.
And Celtic fans could not be happier about the potential arrival of Roberts in the near future.
Roberts made 42 appearances for Celtic over the past season, scoring on 11 occasions and claiming 19 assists.
The youngster already appears to be one of the best players in Scotland, and his arrival at Celtic would be a major boost for Brendan Rodgers’ side.
