Celtic face Partick Thistle on Tuesday night in the Scottish Premiership.

Celtic finally return to Scottish Premiership action on Tuesday night as they travel to Firhill Stadium to face Partick Thistle three weeks after their last league game – and fans have urged Brendan Rodgers to start Leigh Griffiths.
The Hoops have been in Dubai during the winter break in order to maintain their fitness levels, with their last league result coming in the form of a 0-0 draw against Rangers.
However, the mood around Lennoxtown will be a positive one following Saturday’s comfortable 5-0 win over Brechin City, and now Rodgers has a decision to make on his side ahead of Tuesday night.

The Hoops will be without a number of first-team stars, as Stuart Armstrong, Tom Rogic, Paddy Roberts, Jonny Hayes and Marvin Compper are all sidelined through injury.
But 27-year-old Griffiths is set to return from an ankle knock that saw him miss out against Brechin and he could start away at Partick. Although he has starting just eight of his 17 league matches, fans are certainly desperate to see the striker shine in green and white during the midweek clash.
One fan went as far as saying “If I was offered 10 million for Dembele I would take it but I wouldn’t consider it for Griff.”
