Celtic captain Scott Brown mocked Rangers on Instagram after defeat to Hibernian in the Scottish Cup final.
Celtic midfielder Scott Brown made his feelings clear on the Scottish Cup final, which saw Rangers slip to a 3-2 defeat to Hibernian.
Brown sent a message out on his Instagram page after the final whistle, expressing his amusement at the scoreline.
It simply read: “Hahahahahahahahaha HIBS well done”
Celtic certainly had a role in the final, with loanee Anthony Stokes scored twice, with the late winner coming from a Liam Henderson corner – another Celtic loan player.
The result saw Hibernian win their first Scottish Cup in more than a century, and put a real dampener on Rangers’ season.
Rangers had qualified for the final at Celtic’s expense, beating Brown’s side in the semi-finals on penalties after a 2-2 draw.
The two teams will renew hostilities next season with Rangers clinching promotion this season after a four year absence.
