Odsonne Edouard moved to Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic on a season-long loan deal from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer of 2017.

It has been reported that former Liverpool manager Rodgers had a meeting with Edouard’s agent this past weekend.

Edouard joined Celtic on a season-long loan deal from PSG in the summer of 2017.
The former France Under-19 international has scored six goals and provided two assists in 19 Scottish Premiership appearances for Celtic this season, according to Transfermarkt.co.uk.

Potential record signing
According to The Daily Mail, Celtic will have to pay PSG a transfer fee of £7 million in order to secure the services of Edouard on a permanent contract.
This means that the 20-year-old forward will become the most expense signings in the Hoops’ history.
According to The Daily Record, Chris Sutton is still Celtic’s record signing, with the Glasgow giants having paid Chelsea £6 million for the former striker’s services in the summer of 2000.
