According to a report, Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers is about to dispose of Scott Allan.

According to The Glasgow Evening Times, Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers will ‘tear up’ Scott Allan’s contract.
The 27-year-old was retained by Rodgers in the summer after returning from a loan spell at Hibernian.
But Allan hasn’t kicked a ball for Celtic this season, and hasn’t even been named in a matchday squad since the Champions League qualifying win over Rosenborg way back in July.
And according to The Glasgow Evening Times, Rodgers is set to dispose of the former Scotland Under-21 international, who joined the Hoops from Hibs back in 2015.
The report adds that the Easter Road club are ‘favourites’ to re-sign him.
Good decision by Rodgers?
Absolutely.
There is simply no point to having Allan if he isn’t good enough to push for a place in the first-team squad.
The truth is that the Northern Irish manager has much better midfielders than him, which is more a reflection on Celtic’s abundance of quality players than it is on Allan to be fair.
Since joining, he has only managed 13 Premiership appearances for the Premiership champions.
