Will Nicklas Bendtner have the last laugh over the Celtic manager?
Rosenborg are the only obstacle between Celtic and another Champions League group-stage campaign.
The Scottish champions set up a playoff tie with the Norwegian giants this week after sealing a 6-0 aggregate victory over Linfield of Northern Ireland.
Brendan Rodgers’s side, who won a domestic treble last season without losing a match, are favourites to progress, but one man who has the added incentive of stopping Celtic is former Arsenal striker Nicklas Bendtner.

The 29-year-old seems to be enjoying his football again after failed spells with Nottingham Forest, Wolfsburg and Juventus since leaving the Gunners in 2014, having struck six goals in 16 league appearances for them so far.
And he’ll be hoping to extend his purple patch when Rosenborg visit Glasgow on Wednesday – especially after what the Northern Irish manager said about him in 2013.
Speaking to The Guardian, Rodgers, then at Liverpool, slightly mocked the Denmark international by suggesting that Arsene Wenger is not reliant on Olivier Giroud because of Bendtner’s presence at the Emirates.
It was a rather sarcastic comment by the 44-year-old, given that Bendtner hadn’t scored all season for them at the time, but the joked-about striker will have the last laugh if he can help send Celtic into the Europa League.
