Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic are in Scottish League Cup final action today.

Celtic will take on Scottish Premiership rivals Aberdeen at Hampden Park in Glasgow in the final of the Scottish League Cup on Sunday afternoon.
It has been reported that Rodgers will hold signing talks with a January transfer target tomorrow.
Exciting update
It is only the start of December, but it seems that Celtic manager Rodgers is already active in the transfer market.
Signing players takes time, and it is great that the former Liverpool boss is planning ahead.
The Hoops do have a strong squad, but the Glasgow giants could do with a striker to compensate for the departure of Moussa Dembele in the summer transfer window.

Scottish League Cup
Ahead of the Scottish League Cup this afternoon, Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes has spoken highly of Celtic duo James Forrest and Ryan Christie.
McInnes believes that Forrest is good enough to play in the Premier League and has praised his Celtic teammate Christie.
The Aberdeen boss told The Daily Record about Forrest: “He has always been a player who has threatened to make the difference.
“Over the last number of years he has found consistency. I think he could play in the English Premier League with no problem.”
McInnes added about Christie: “It was always going to be a tough challenge for Ryan to go and establish himself at Celtic. He has been given the opportunity and really kicked on.”
