Celtic played two matches in the same day on Tuesday, with Moussa Dembele and Odsonne Edouard linking up well together against Sparta Prague.

The Hoops participated in two games to conclude the final day of their pre-season tour of Austria and won both matches.
One Celtic side beat BW Linz 2-1 in Rohrbach with goals coming from Mikey Johnston and Scott Sinclair, and another edged out Sparta Prague 1-0, with the only goal coming from Dembele.
Every Love Island contestant if they were an England international: World Cup!
The Frenchman was making his first appearance of pre-season since returning from France U21 duty, but showed that he was just as fit as everybody else by giving the Sparta players the run-around.

Pleased with the youngster’s contribution, Rodgers told the club’s official website: “We had to ensure that we nursed Moussa through the game.
“He could’ve had a hat-trick in the first half and there was maybe just a bit of tiredness with some of his finishes, but he scored a great first goal with real strong power and touch. In the first half, he and Odsonne worked very well. It was good to have him back.”

Dembele’s goal was well taken, the striker holding off a defender before rifling the ball into the back of the net. It was a promising return to club football for the former Fulham man, who will be eyeing more goals against Shamrock Rovers on Saturday, and it will be interesting to see if Rodgers pairs Dembele and Eduoard together up front again.
That will be the club’s final pre-season match before the Bhoys face FC Alashkert in the Champions League first qualifying round next Tuesday.
