Brendan Rodgers’s Celtic won against Ross County at Celtic Park in the Scottish Premiership on Saturday.

Armstrong featured for Celtic in their Scottish Premiership game against County at Celtic Park on Saturday afternoon.
The 26-year-old Scotland international played well for the Hoops, as he scored in the opening minutes of the second half to guide the Glasgow giants to a comfortable 3-0 win.
The former Dundee United midfielder was making his first competitive for the Hoops since December 30, having recently recovered from a hernia operation.
Celtic manager Rodgers has admitted that Armstrong, who is rated at £7 million according to The Daily Record, looked tired towards the end of the match.

Rodgers told BBC Sport: “Stuart Armstrong had really good intensity in his game. He has been out for a long time and is still finding his fitness, but we gave him 90 minutes and he was really good.
“He ran out of steam a bit towards the end but I am very pleased for him. He had a real goal threat and you saw his energy.”
The Celtic boss told the club’s official website about Armstrong: “He tired a little in the last 20 minutes, but we wanted to get him through 90 to push him with his game-time. I was very pleased with him.”

Encouraging return
Armstrong is a very good midfielder, and his return to action will be welcomed by Celtic, who look set to win the Scottish Premiership title this season and could well clinch the domestic treble again.
The 26-year-old Scotland international midfielder has scored two goals and provided four assists in 22 Scottish Premiership appearances for Celtic so far this season, according to Transfermarkt.com.
