Rangers are weighing up whether to allow Michael O’Halloran to join Hearts on loan, according to the Daily Record.
O’Halloran is attracting attention from four Scottish Premiership sides, but the Record reports that Hearts are willing to cover some of the forward’s wages and the player himself would prefer to move to Tynecastle than join any of the other interested teams.

RB Leipzig winger Oliver Burke has backed Barrie McKay to earn a move to the Premier League in the future if he continues to develop at his current rate, the Daily Mail reports.
The Scotland internationals came up against each other in the recent mid-season friendly between their respective clubs, and Burke outlined how impressed he has been by McKay.
“Of course, I don’t see why not,” he said, as reported by the Mail, when asked whether he could earn a move to England’s top flight. “If he continues playing his game for Rangers, anything is possible. He’s capable of anything he wants to do. He’s a good quality player and I believe if he keeps working hard and keeps showing what he’s capable of then anything can happen in football.”

Meanwhile, the Daily Mail is reporting that Celtic defender Efe Ambrose is on the radar of English Championship side Blackburn Rovers.
Ambrose has not played for the Hoops since July last year, and the Mail reports that they are willing to listen to offers for the centre-back.

Finally, three-time Manchester United trialist Matthew Knox has told the Daily Record that Kieran Tierney’s development would be aided by a move to Old Trafford amid reports claiming that a £10 million bid is on the cards.
“It would be a great move for him, brilliant for his development. I honestly believe if he was to stay at Celtic then he wouldn’t develop as quickly,” he told the Record.
