Former Celtic defender Saidy Janko has joined Nottingham Forest on loan from FC Porto.

As announced on the Reds’ official website on transfer deadline day, Forest in the Championship in England have signed former Manchester United prospect Janko on a season-long loan deal from Portuguese giants Porto.
The 22-year-old right-back joined Porto earlier this summer, but the youngster, who can also operate as a right-winger, has moved to Forest on loan for the 2018-19 campaign.
The former Switzerland Under-21 international struggled to make an impact at Premier League giants United and moved to Celtic in 2015.
Janko did not enjoy a great time at Celtic either, and after spending the 2016-17 campaign on loan at Barnsley, the youngster switched to Saint-Etienne.
