Celtic ace wants a fresh start at the club after a frustrating first season.

Celtic winger Jonny Hayes had a difficult first season at the club despite ending the campaign as a league winner for the first time.
Hayes struggled for form after signing from Aberdeen and then missed the second half of the season with a broken leg.

The 30-year-old scored one goal and provided one assist in 15 Scottish Premiership games.
The goal and assist both came in the same game, against former side Aberdeen in late December, and then he suffered his injury a fortnight later and did not feature at all in 2018.
Hayes is now back to fitness and knows he needs to step up, commenting that he feels like he has a fresh start, speaking to Celtic TV.
Celtic fans were not taken away with Hayes’ performances in 2017 and they are yet to be convinced that he has a long term role at the club.
The responses to Celtic’s tweet showed a real mixture of opinion on Hayes, with supporters questioning his ability and fit in Brendan Rodgers’ treble winning team.
