Tottenham keeper Joe Hart is reportedly a target for Celtic this summer.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the Hoops are in discussions with the 34-year-old shot-stopper over a potential transfer. Hart is now Spurs’ third-choice keeper following the arrival of Pierluigi Gollini.
With the former England international earning a reported £52,000-a-week, Hart is taking up a decent amount of wage on the payroll.
However, with Tottenham now having two first-class keepers, it would make logistical sense for Hart to leave north London this summer.
Indeed, Celtic are keen to sign a first-team keeper this summer. Moreover, Hart could be a solid addition to the Scottish side. The Glasgow club are keen to return to the top of the SPL following last season’s success from Rangers.
The former England number one would be an impressive signing for Celtic. And on social media, Tottenham fans are hoping a deal for Hart can be done soon.

Furthermore, with Tottenham looking to sign Cristian Romero and Nuno Espirito Santo eager to cut unnecessary funds off the wage bill, selling Hart seems to make plenty of logical sense for all parties involved.
Here’s what some Tottenham supporters had to say on Twitter about Celtic’s interest in Hart…
